The QMC AI Program for Windows is a Fuzzy Logic and Expert Systems software to assist and support operations management for sensor validation equipment "smart objects" and process control. Fuzzy logic modeling employs proprietary integer search methodology and database management techniques to estimate process variable time delays (fuzzy taus). Process data conditioning is automated using clustering techniques. A genetic algorithm is used in conjunction with fuzzy modeling to consolidate and optimize the process rule base. 

The result is an accurate, concise rule base for expert system applications. Strategic implementation provides a solid platform to develop and deploy "smart objects" for equipment monitoring and trouble-shooting. Process and heuristic rules can be integrated into the expert system, providing a robust system for root cause analysis. This program offers an extensive set of common equipment objects with generic rules relating to equipment safety and abnormal situation management.
