MODELING PROGRAMS

The QMC Program Modeling section provides the following program selections.  Results can be used in other applications or as computer code. 

ANN Model - QMC's Artificial Neural Network (ANN) technology is a multi-variable, linear and non-linear modeling tool that determines the relationships between data for any type of process.  Use as a prediction tool to establish a model for the desired process.  Five proven types of algorithms are included: linear, sine, sinh, tangent and tanh. 

VB Model - QMC's "Very Best"  Model, is a multivariable data modeling tool.  The VB Model approach uses the best features of neural networks and multivariable regression to provide improved accuracy and speed in model generation.  Results can be used for prediction, control and optimization of any process.  Equations can be accessed to verify solutions and obtain numerical values at desired conditions.  Results can be used in other applications or computer code.

1st Order is recommended for the most common applications.
2nd Order is recommended for linear to slightly non-linear applications.
3rd Order is recommended for moderately non-linear applications.
4th Order is recommended for highly non-linear applications.
5th Order is recommended for highly non-linear applications when maximum precision is desired.

PolyModel - This multivariable, linear and non-linear modeling tool determines relationships between actual data and desired variables for any process.   Available as Ortho, Series, Combo and Gauss.
